The MDI Tether Clamp is a nice and simple way to mount your float switch to a pipe, either with a Cable Tie or Pipe Clamp (Pipe Clamp shown in diagram below).
It can be used on 12-2 to 18-2 cords (14-3 to 18-3 with the 3 conductor cord)
